California town invites Erica Kious to open new salon after Nancy Pelosi controversy
A top official in Placer County, Calif. sent a letter to San Francisco salon owner Erica Kious inviting her to open a salon there, after the owner was forced to shut her doors following a controversy with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
